About Zeus

Meet Zeus! One of the most handsome guys around and searching for his forever home! Zeus was rescued from an overburdened pound in KY where he was a stray. We don't know much about his past, but he was definitely well loved and cared for by someone. He's very friendly, mild-mannered and gentle. He also came to us housebroken and knowing a few basic commands! Zeus is around 2 years old and weighs in about 40 pounds. He's a short and stocky little guy, built like a tank! He appears to be a Border Collie or Cattle dog mix. Zeus loves people and the other dogs in his foster home. He loves to play and run around but is not as high energy as most of the other dogs of his breed type. Zeus is happy to play fetch but is also just as happy to snuggle up on the couch with his favorite humans. He will make a great pet for a household looking for a fun and social dog, but one that is past the puppy stage. He is housebroken and very well behaved in the home. We think he'd fit in well in almost any household.
