Urgent! Zira needs a foster or adopter so her life can be spared. She is at a high kill shelter that is full and dogs are being killed. Zira has been in the shelter since March 23, 2018. She is absolutely terrified and shut down. She allowed body rubs. She lived with kids and cats. Please save her life before it's too late. Fostering is free of charge and everything is provided within a 90 mile radius of Chicago. Volunteers are willing to help with transport.
