About Fitzgerald

Fitz is an adorable and energetic 1 year old maltese/Chihuahua mix. He's a sweet as he is cute but he does need time to get to know you. Fitz was abandoned as a puppy and seems to have had some trauma early on in life. This leaves him anxious and slightly fearful around new people. He receives anti anxiety medication daily and has been going through a behavior modification plan and is doing wonderfully! Fitz needs the right home to help him feel safe and secure. He gets along well with other dogs as long as they are very low key. He'd be best suited for a quiet, calm home with no children or visiting children. He gets along well with other animals, cats, chickens, birds, even butterflies. He is a very sweet and gentle soul. Fitz is neutered, microchipped, fully trained and up to date on vaccines and flea and heart worm preventatives. He's currently in the Central Florida area.
