** EXPERIENCED ADOPTERS ONLY ** ' HEBE' is a gorgeous, sweet, silly & submissive 4 month old German Shepherd mix female who we rescued with her siblings. Hebe is adorable; both in looks and personality. Fun, very submissive, shyer than her siblings, sweet and very loving, the precious girl loves to cuddle up, rest her head on you and take a nap. It would be optimal if an adoptive family had another, more mature resident dog that could not only be a companion for Hebe, but also a teacher that could help Hebe gain confidence as she matures. She is a good sized girl at 30+ lbs, she has large paws so will ultimately be a larger dog when full grown. Due to her being a very young puppy, we will only adopt to a family with children over the age of 6 yrs old. Hebe has been de-wormed, is current on vaccinations, leash trained, crate-trained and house-trained. (She is still too young to be spayed, as Veterinary research indicates that early spaying/neutering may have a causal link to later-in-life chronic conditions [ex. ACL issues, Cushings, etc.] because of the cut off of growth hormones). All of our rescued dogs have been on a nutritional regime which includes high quality food and supplements (ex., probiotics; vitamins, etc). This is done to bolster their immune systems and overall health; the result benefits their adoptive family with a pooch who has a lustrous coat, bright shiny eyes, and happy and healthy disposition.
