Found this sweet boy just north of Willis, TX on the side of the Hwy. He was too scared to move, dehydrated and extremely thin. My vet is not open until Monday (today is 3/31/18) for me to see if he has a chip. I doubt it, since he had no tags on his collar. I will be looking for a great forever home for him. Appears to be young and very gentle. Great with kids, dogs and cats! I am north of Houston but will meet the right family that would like to adopt him.
