Cobalt is a very sweet, loving, snuggly boy that loves to go everywhere you go if you'd let him. Cobalt is a little timid at first especially to men but not terrified and warms up quickly. He is potty trained and crate trained, great with kids and other dogs. He would prefer somebody that can be patient with him and be able to spend a lot of time with him.
