About Missy

Missy is one year old and weighs about 40lbs. She LOVES to play with other dogs at the shelter and is always happy and friendly. She has no issues with aggression and knows some basic commands too. She is house trained, crate trained and just loves children. We haven't tested her with cats but when she sees small animals in the shelter yard she never reacts. She was once a very loved family member but tragedy took her family away. She is now sitting in a cold cell in a loud scary shelter waiting to DIE. We have had her vaccinated and spayed; she was also tested for heartworm which is NEGATIVE. She is healthy, social and perfect - please help Missy. This shelter has NOT ONE open pen and those dogs who are confirmed surrendered die first because the shelter knows no one is looking for them. She is a sweet baby.. she needs you.. Please help
