Cecy is between 1-2 years old and weighs 40-50 lbs. She is dog friendly, child friendly and even likes cats. She is wondering why she is in a shelter and where her family went. She loves to play with other dogs and she's affectionate. This precious girl was brought to a kill shelter because her parents are having a baby and felt they couldn't handle having a dog too. DISGRACEFUL! Now this friendly girl sits on death row - she cries when people come in - but she's a black dog and keeps getting passed over! She is available for immediate adoption this Saturday. She has been vetted/spayed. HELP
