About Silly Billy

Silly Billy is a sweet 20-lb. 7-month-old Rat Terrier puppy chock-full of playfulness and love for everyone! He gets along with his canine foster siblings and thinks kids are great. He especially loves when those little humans throw a ball for him to fetch. He's super excited about finding a family for keeps and hopes that his forever home will have a playmate for him--human or canine, it doesn't matter. Like most energetic pups, he loves toys, but he calms down easily, entertaining himself with his toys or drifting off to a nap. In those quiet moments, he will melt your heart when he snuggles close by or curls up in your lap. Billy is as smart as he is playful and sweet. He is crate trained and reliably house-trained with a dog door, he walks nicely on a leash, and he knows how to heel. Billy also knows 'sit,' 'stay,' 'down,' and 'no.' He's making progress at not jumping on people to say hi, but that's oh-so hard when you're a friendly fella like Silly Billy.
