About Annie

The first step of the adoption process is to complete an adoption application on our website at www.pawswapofgreaterlafayette.com/adopting. Meet Annie. This sweet Boxer girl is about 3-4 years old and has likely had a couple of litters of puppies. She was found as a stray and never claimed. Annie is very quiet in the kennel and super sweet and affectionate with all humans she meets. Annie would likely do fine around children who are gentle. She has a fun loving, energetic personality but is also just as snuggley and ready to cuddle during downtimes. Since Annie's history is unknown we guess that she is likely comfortable in a crate and mostly if not fully housetrained based on her behavior in the kennel. We are unsure how she would do with both cats and other dogs. She is friendly with the other dog she was found as a stray with... but sometimes gets snarky with other dogs she passes in the kennel environment. We would recommend a meet and greet with any potential canine siblings. Annie is up to date on vaccines, heartworm negative, microchipped, and spayed.
