About Tipsy

Tipsy is a 2 year old Chihuahua who weighs only 6.8 lbs. She was found in a home that she definitely did not deserve. She lived in conditions that no human let alone a pup should live in. She was not spayed and lived with a very large dog who was not neutered. She was truly rescued from a situation that could have killed her. Her owners didn't care about her, she was left out in the yard without snuggles, kisses or any human attention. You would think Tipsy would be afraid of people or even maybe a little bitter towards people. But she is just the opposite; She is snugglie, sweet and very lovable. She loves other dogs and loves to snuggle with her human. She is so happy to be in a home, even if it is just a temporary foster home. She gives love and just asks for a little love in return. Tipsy is itty bitty and will be in the Denver area April 4th. Low Riders is flying her in to get her here as soon as possible.
