This dog was found at George Bush Park. He is chipped and neutered. However, no one is claiming him. Per his chip, he is a 2 year old Tibetan Terrier mix, however he seems older. His hair has been completely shaved due to significant matting. He is very friendly an has been great around other people, dogs and kids.
