About Remi

Meet Remi! Remi is an adorable and spunky little Jack Russell/Border Collie mix who's looking for a forever home. She's believed to be just under 12 months old weighing in around 20-25 pounds. Remi is a very sweet and loveable girl who is sure to win your over with her cute and larger than life personality! Remi came to POP Animal Rescue after being found wandering around a small neighborhood with splotches of red paint riddled across her little body from what we can only assume was a paintball gun. Fortunately, she didn't take this act of cruelty too personal as she loves meeting people and making new friends. She is outrageously friendly and get along well with everyone, both human and animal! Remi is a very sweet and loving little thing with a goofy personality that is sure to make you laugh. She is also extremely intelligent and well behaved; leash and crate trained, knows the meaning of 'sit' and 'lay down', and will go wherever you go! However, despite her small size, she would not make a good candidate for the condominium or apartment dweller unless you are ready to take on the daunting task of providing her with the necessary amount of exercise and stimulation. Remi has a tremendous amount of hyper energy with loads of play drive! She's really like an energizer bunny on a sugar high and will play for hours at a time. We strongly believe that because of her level of intelligence and athleticism, she would be great at doing a number of different dog sports such as flyball or agility (with some further training of course!) This girl is a huge fan of doggie toys, especially ones that squeak and even loves to play fetch. When she finally winds down and wants to relax, she is nothing short of a complete cuddle bug and loves to sleep on your lap or under the covers of the bed with you. Remi is the kind of dog that is impossible not to fall in love with and certainly one you don't want to overlook! Everyone that meets her falls in love with her and we guarantee that she would make a great addition to your family. Remi is spayed, HW negative and UTD on her shots (She is also chipped!).
