About Bear

This is Bear, he is a 3 1/2 year old very energetic dog. He knows many commands including sit, stay, down, drop it, stay and come. While he is okay with kids, we would suggest that he has a family with kids 10 and over, only because of his energy. He is an 'air dog' loves to jump and catch, and is very agile. He is great in a car and does well in his crate. He does not seem to pay attention to other dogs and is good with cats, but would rather be with his humans. While SSR does not require training, I believe Bear would benefit greatly and would become an awesome dog. He needs training to focus his energy. Bear is not a couch potato so he will do best with an energetic family. Agility training just may be his thing! We did take him down to a nearby creek to test his willingness to go into the water, and he seems to be a water dog. Does Bear seem a fit for your family?
