About Ryder

Ryder is one of the puppy mill survivors. Weighing just 14#. He'll be 1 years old in a few short weeks. Spending his whole life in a horrible situation left him with some fears. However, living with us, he is now housebroken, learned to love toys and bones. He loves being with other dogs or just one on one time snuggling foster mom. He's nervous around young children so i would recommend kids over 12. He's living with several cats and is very intrigued with chasing them, trying to get them to play. Ryder has learned to walk nicely on leash but needs more heel work so he learns not to criss cross. Ryder has really come out of his shell but is timid on new experiences and meeting new people. He may bark but then wants to give a sniff and eventually will give the lick of approval. Confidence building will need to continue. Crate trained, utd, neutered, on flea and hw preventative. Ryder will make an awesome companion with time, patience, and love, you will be rewarded with a gorgeous loving little sweetie.
