Pepper's owner passed away and he is now looking for a new family to love him. Pepper is a ShihTzu mix who is 3 years old and about 15 pounds. He is great with people and seems fine with cats. We are checking with more sizes of dogs to see how he does. He needs grooming badly and was kept outside in a kennel so will need help with house-training.
