About Shawnee

Shawnee is a male Shepherd mix. We had to put AS because the site wouldn't allow us to say unknown Shepherd mix. Her DOB: 1/1/2018; Weight 12#. He will probably be about a 30-40# dog when grown. The litter of 5 are romping and having a great time in our warm weather. They are very happy and will make great family pets. They are just the right size for inside/outside, hiking, swimming, etc. To be honest, we're not sure what the mix is... there might be a little hound... no Pit. The litter came to us from our vet. When these pups were about 5 wks old they were dropped on our vet's front door in a box!!! They are neutered/spayed, 2 vaccinations, 1 Bordetella, dewormed, and microchipped. Adoption Fee: $450 includes all medical, microchipping, health certificate for travel, and transportation to the PNW. If you are interested, you can text me I'm Terry their rescuer... Also inquiring slows down the adoption process and if someone else gets in a good application before you do, they will have first dibs. Just saying how it works so that you know the process. At this young age you can easily teach a puppy and socialize it to be great with all humans young and old, all dogs and all cats (well there may be some dogs/cats who just will not accept a puppy!) This litter of five is available for pre adoption which is the only way to secure any of them. They will arrive on our next transport to the NW once pre adopted. Perhaps if we happen to have a foster available and not all are pre adopted one might end up in foster in the NW. We offer a 5 day trial period, please just ask us how it works.
