About Penny

Pretty as a shiney copper penny is our Miss Penny. A young liver lady with amazing self control for a young dog, only about a year old. She will ignore cats and horses, but will chase peacocks in fun, should you have any. She knows various commands already including sit and leave it. She will come when called unless she wants to play with you or another dog. Penny is a silly young lady too who might race thru the house with an item of clothing and then return it to you, but she is housebroken and crate trained. She also licks up the water in the shower and happily brings toys to you. Unfortunately, Penny will counter surf if you let her, but she is great in the car in a harness, settling down for a nap during the ride. She likes people and takes treats nicely and Penny loves learning! There are no fence issue and no issues at the vet. Penny does have a missing toe on a back foot, missing since birth, and two of the toes are fused. This just makes her unique, not slow! We took care of the foot that was neglected by the previous owner and now she's good to go! Located in Georgetown TX in a foster home.
