About Zoey

Zoey is a sweet shihtzu who is 9 years young and looking for love. Zoey came to us when her previous family could no longer give her the care they felt she deserved, so we are looking for a family who will spoil her rotten for the rest of her days! Zoey is a great dog who gets along with everyone she meets! She has previously lived and done well with kids as young as 6 years old. She is also good with dogs both large and small as well as cats! Zoey is house broken, doggy door trained, and kennel trained. She loves to go for car rides, and go for walks, so she will gladly join her family anywhere they need to go. Zoey loves to play with toys and other dogs, and is a very spunky gal with a lot of energy left in her. Zoey currently weighs in at 18 pounds, but would do best if she lost a few pounds. She does have food allergies, so she will need to be fed a grain free diet with no chicken protein in her forever home. She is spayed, up to date on vaccines, microchipped and vet checked. Her adoption fee is $220. To meet her come to our shelter location 1102 W Hatcher Rd open Tuesday to Sunday 11am to 6pm.
