Poor Delaney's chances of leaving the overcrowded shelter are low if she does not find a foster or adoptive home. She is happy with people and loves being loved! She wants love and will lean in for cuddles. She has good eye contact. The shelter is full and dogs are being killed. She could be next. Fostering is free of charge and everything is provided within a 90 mile radius of Chicago. Volunteers are willing to help with transport.
