About Bluebell

Beautiful Bluebell is a 3 year old long hair Chihuahua that weighs 8 pounds. She came to us from the shelter with her friend Klondike who had been owner surrendered due to declining health. She is very shy but does take to her person easily once she trusts you. Bluebell is heartworm negative and microchipped. She is working on her housebreaking skills. She does great with dogs of all sizes and loves to play as long as they don't rough house her. She is afraid of cats and would not want to share her home with them. She is surely a lapdog and is happy to sit in your lap and snuggle for as long as you'll let her. She also likes to sleep under the covers in bed with her foster mom. Although we haven't tested her with children, we feel that Bluebell would be fine with them since she has such a sweet demeanor.
