Lucy is a 12 year old 'Regal'. Mix of beagle and Rat terrier. We rescued her from hurricane Katrina. We have had her since she was a pup, but now our own health issues force us to move and we are not able to properly care for the sweetest, most obedient, loving dog there ever was. She can't hear much anymore, but still loves a daily walk. She has never had an accident in the house. It breaks our hearts to find her a new home, so please forgive any tears when I speak to you
