About Sadie

Sadie will be 2yr in Oct 2018. She is up to date on shots, microchipped, has had 7 commands training + still training her. She will come with transition dog food to transition her to your type of dog food. We have another dog that feeds off her and he has become aggressive now. She is crate trained and potty trained. She sleeps in her crate at night. She will go to the door or come to you when she has to go potty. But you have to know her signs of when she has to go. She needs to be an indoor dog, she gets cold easy. She hates being cold and she hates wearing sweaters/coats, but we put a top coat on her to go outside to potty during the cold/rainy season. She will kind of tell us to put her coat on. (coats will go with her) She loves to sun bathe so if you have a window with sun coming thru, she will lay there for a long time. She eats 'everything.' She loves food. She has had allergies, we think when transitioning dog food. We feed her prescription Parina dog food from the vet. She loves to curl up under the blanket and sleep. She loves walks, BUT this is where she gets crazy around other dogs and people. She won't bite, but acts like she wants to devour them. She wants to take rides in the truck, but we think she is claustrophobic because when the window is somewhat down she is ok. She will go crazy tho if she sees cows/horses/other dogs while in the vehicle. Kids: She loves kids, our Granddaughter is 10, but no little kids. As you can see her back is fragile, that's for any dog of this type. They can not be kid handled and expect the dog to be ok with it. So I suggest NO little kids. She learns very easy when it comes to training. She loves to play with her toys with you, loves her treat toys. (she will come with treat toys and her other toys and blanket) She would make a good dog for someone who Doesn't have little kids at home and will keep her as an indoor dog. I'm wanting to get her in a good, loving home. It's not that we don't love her, it's just that if our other dog bites someone, we are done with if they sue us. We tried everything and it would be harder to find a home for him, than it would for Sadie. We travel and plan on going full time RV'ing and can't take the chance.
