About Thor

Thor is a 6 month old cairn terrier/shih tzu mix who is looking for the perfect forever home. Thor is a happy go lucky boy who is great with other dogs of all sizes and is even good with cats! Thor is good with children and has previously lived with children from newborn to 10 years old. Thor loved his children and the woman in the house, but did not get along with the male adult in his previous home, so he may bond more strongly with the women in the home. Currently Thor weighs in at 14.5 pounds. Thor is not fully house broken, so he will need training and patience in his home as he grows into a gentleman. Thor is an active boy who loves to play with toys, and really loves to play with other dogs, so he would do best in a home with another dog to play with and learn from. Thor loves to ride in the car, so he is ready to hop on in and go home forever with the perfect family! He is neutered, up to date on shots, microchipped and vet checked. His adoption fee is $300. His adoption includes a free vet visit as well as 30 days of free pet insurance. To meet him, please come to our shelter location 1102 W Hatcher Rd open Tuesday to Sunday 11am to 6pm.
