Hi! I'm Tipper! I was found tied to the shelter gate one morning. I am about 1 yr old and weigh 45 lbs. I am a border collie mixed with flat-coated retriever. I am an active guy who would love to go for runs or learn tricks!! I already know some basic commands! I can't imagine why someone wouldn't want me? I am very sweet and affectionate.
