About Cooper

Cooper was a gift and he has been loved by me and my family but not by the Neighbors. Cooper likes to run away and play with other dogs since he's the only dog in the house the sheriff to pick them up and told me that within 72 hours I need to pay the state $50 if not you're going to take Cooper away and put him to sleep. I need to save my dog before anything happens and I need proof that he has his rabie shot which he doesn't . I just want cooper to stay alive and be loved by people who are able to take care of him and baby him because he's my baby! He doesn't deserve this at all, no dog does so I want to prevent it as much as possible .
