About Amelia

Amelia (and her 3 sisters) was an owner surrender to the rescue at 4 weeks of age, the result of an unspayed mother. The mother is a white miniature poodle mix and all that is known about the father is that he was a medium size brown dog. This puppy is not to be considered 'hypoallergenic' and will shed some. Amelia is currently 7 weeks old (birthdate is 1/28/18). She is expected to be a small/med. size adult 20-35 lbs. (size is only a guess). Amelia's coat will need to be groomed on a regular basis to keep her looking and feeling great! She is a friendly, happy and playful girl that loves attention! She enjoys being held and loved on! Amelia is as sweet as she is cute! She is looking for a home that has a visible, secure fenced yard for supervised play and potty. Someone who is home, or works from home, with the time and energy to provide the attention and training a young puppy needs. Due to her young age and size, she is best suited for children 10 yrs+ AMELIA IS CURRENTLY BEING CARED FOR IN TX AND ONCE ADOPTED CAN BE TRANSPORTED TO SEATTLE VIA ALASKA AIR. Her adoption fee of $485 includes spay, microchip, 2 sets of shots, bordatella vaccine, deworming, current flea/tick prevention, current heartworm prevention, interstate health certificate, crate and air transport. She will be ready for her new home the week of April 9th.
