About Petey

Petey: 5 yr old red male, neutered, docked tail and un-cropped ears. 12', 12.5 lbs. Shots up-to-date. Rescued from shelter. Meet Petey! A handsome and fun minpin who's ready to find someone to love. He's blossomed since coming into foster care after being very scared in the shelter. The shelter staff saw Petey's potential and worked diligently to get him into a safe place. Petey's now a confident, playful and happy guy. He looks like a show dog and has a beautiful hackney gait. He loves the yard and takes his job protecting us from the pool sweep very seriously. He enjoys a squeaky toy and is great at catching it. Petey is good riding in the car, house trained using a dog door and sleeps quietly in a crate at night. He is a great dog but needs time to trust new people. Once he does, he becomes a loyal companion for life. If you're interested in Petey, let me know.
