We busted Thelma out of the county shelter on 12/23 with her sister Louise. She is approx 2-3 years old. She is such a snuggling sweetheart. She likes other small dogs her size. 3 weeks into her new foster family poor Thelma was picked up by an owl. Since then she has healed nicely. She is one lucky dog and would be even luckier to have you.
