Gawwww-leeeee, I'm Gomer Pyle! I'm approximately a year and a half old, 30 pounds, and appear to be a Lab mix. I LOVE to play with my foster sibling, not showing any aggression and playing gently (though energetically!). Once I settle down after a long play, I just want to cuddle up to my person-I'm a total love bug. I'm great with everyone, from kids to adults, and do well on car rides. Not only that, I'm doing well with potty training-no accidents yet!-and am happy in my crate. I'm working on my jumping; I'm not rough, I just want to get your attention! I also get scared if you raise your voice and will cower (I may have come from a scolding household), but I'll recover right away; I'm happy if you're happy. Apply to adopt me today-I won't disappoint! This dog tested positive for heartworm disease before arriving to the rescue. The disease was treated while in foster care. Heartworm disease is transmitted to a dog through a bite from an infected mosquito. With monthly preventatives, the disease is completely preventable.
