About Stanley

Meet Stan the Man! Stan's had a rough couple of days recently - found as a stray by the police and ending up locked up (in a shelter) he pled his case to the judge and was granted a pardon, winding up at our rescue. Stan is still a bit nervous and confused about the recent changes in his life and although he likes to follow people around and be near them he is nervous being pet (but never mean about it) and will sometimes try to hide. He can be won over eventually with some patience, quiet words and treats and we think he will be just fine once he settles in. Stan has done fine with the other dogs he has met so far while in our care. His adoption fee includes his neuter, vaccinations, microchipping and vet care to date (deworming, flea and tick preventative,etc)
