About Ruben

RUBEN, 6 years old, 71 lbs, Verplanck NY Ruben is a mellow, low-maintenance dude. He loves to go on walks but really prefers driving around in the car - where he sits like a gentleman on the front passenger seat. He's a great co-pilot! Ruben is incredibly loyal and I swear he is part human, he always knows when his person is down or needs some love. Ruben loves to lounge around (on the couch!) watch movies, give lots and lots of kisses and is the BEST snuggler on the planet. He has zero interest in my cat other than using her for a pillow to rest his head! If he gets too needy and nuzzles her too much she swipes her paw and he runs away! He is completely housebroken, does not need to be in a crate, is not destructive and has been home alone for up to 6 hours at times and was a perfect angel! Ruben believes he is a lap dog - - far from it! He cannot get close enough to you and constantly gives so much love! Ruben is a wonderful, loving, loyal dog with a HUGE heart. His biggest 'need' is love and attention from his human! He's not big on toys or bones - but does like a good bully stick! And also enjoys seeing how fast he can rip a squeaky toy apart to get to the squeaker! Reuben is neutered, up to date on shots and microchipped.
