Urgent! Foster or adopter neexes to save Kay's life. He is a super sweet dog who loves to cuddle and be pet. He loves to play with toys. He is potty trained. He was given up to a high kill shelter when his owne went to college. He is now at high risk to be killed any day. The shelter is full and dogs are being killed. He will be next without a foster or adopter. Fostering is free of charge and everything is provided within a 90 mile radius of Chicago. Volunteers are willing to help with transport.
