About Butch Cassidy

Butch Cassidy with Amanda Castro This is Butch Cassidy. He is a 10 month's old Australian Cattledog whose family loves him but sadly can't keep him. Butch weighs about 30 pounds and has a full Cattledog tail. Butch is just what he should be: smart and active. He areas knows sit. He is working on potty training and making great progress. Butch is a nice guy. He is good with men, women, and kids. He is also nice with other dogs and enjoys playing with them. Heck, this guy even likes cats...though he is playful and an older cat who thinks puppies are irritating may not like Butch. Butch enjoys fun with people, too. He likes to fetch. He is also good on leash. He can be a bit car sick on long trips but is fine for short trips. He likely will get over this once he gets more used to car rides. Butch will appreciate a few more manners. He does like to jump on people, but that is easily fixed. It's just because he loves to show his toys to new people who come to visit. Butch will be neutered prior to adoption. He is vaccinated and ready to meet potential adopters in SoCal. A home visit and vet reference are required. We don't ship dogs, so adopters must be able to come here to Beaumont, in Riverside County.
