About Sly

Special Needs Boy Sly, also known as Little Bit, is a seven year old Chihuahua with special needs. He has a deformed lower jaw and recently has his few remaining teeth pulled. He is getting along great on a soft diet. Sly also has problems with a collapsing trachea. This causes Sly to have a honking cough that may be provoked by exercise or excitement. Sly gets along fine with other dogs and cats. His would do better in a home without small children and a lot of activity, as the excitement will start the coughing. Sly can be a little shy at first, but he warms up quickly and loves to spend time snuggling in your lap. He is potty trained, crate trained, neutered and UTD on his vaccinations.
