About Lilly

Hi all! My name is Lilly & I'm looking for my final furever home. Let me explain. I was surrendered to a high kill shelter in NY last year because I was old and 'sick'. I had a cough, cherry eye, and they said I was just too old for them. I was rescued by another organization who couldn't afford to keep me. I was then transferred to this rescue. After my grooming and a visit to the vet, it was determined that I am around 12 years old. I do have vision loss as well as hearing loss, and I still have my cherry eye. The rescue doesn't want to put me under anesthesia for cosmetic surgery (they think I'm beautiful the way I am!). I get along fine with dogs and cats, however, it takes me a few days to figure out what is what because of my lack of senses. I am about 15 lbs (my foster dad put me on a diet because I LOVE food!) I don't have an adoption fee. My adoption fee is continuing the supplements I am on as well as my daily eye drops for my dry eye. Please consider me as your next furbaby, as I have been searching for awhile!
