Kai was seized by Animal Control due to a case of abuse. She was drug behind a truck and the family had also received 5+ citations for failure to properly shelter/vaccinate other dogs. This sweet girl has came along way with her healing process and despite her past, still wags that precious tail anytime someone comes near her. She is currently 16 wks old and was 18lbs at the ER vet.
