About Prissy TOY Schnauzer

Prissy came to us from a breeder with several others. Her CKC registration papers indicate that she was born February 5, 2016. She is a small girl weighing about 10 pounds! She has beautiful spots of silver on her white coat! She has been spayed, current on vaccines, heartworm negative, and teeth cleaned. She has been groomed and does well for groomer. Prissy is a very, very sweet girl with a kind personality. She hangs out with other dogs but prefers to be with a person. Well, actually she wants to be ON a person! She loves to be close and at night she wants to be as close as she can - she will nuzzle and stay close to a person's neck and will jump in their lap before they are completely sitting down Here are a few important things about Prissy... *She is an INDOOR dog *Requires grooming every 4-6 weeks *Does well in a crate for short periods of time *Does well with other dogs her size *Do not know how she is with children WE ARE IN ABILENE, TEXAS. WE DO NOT SHIP OR TRANSPORT OUR PETS, WE REQUIRE ADOPTERS MEET THE DOG TO MAKE SURE IT IS A GOOD FIT. NOTE: We are a rescue, the dogs are in foster homes. WE DO NOT HAVE A FACILITY THAT OPENS TO THE PUBLIC. We require an application BEFORE a potential adopter will be introduced to one of our pets. We contact vets to ensure that pets already in the adoptive home are current on vaccines, heartworm prevention and sterilized. We have gotten to know the pet and our goal is to make the best match, between pet and people. PLEASE be aware, we do not adopt out to a home that has an animal which has not been spayed or neutered.
