This brindle baby is 13 weeks old. Those cute horizontal ears are still in the decision making process as to staying side ways or pointing to the sky. She was owner relinquished. Anticipated to be medium sized when grown. Happiest when being cuddled. Adoption fee $100. Willow has been dewormed and has age appropriate vaccines. A certificate is provided for spay and rabies vaccine by our servicing vet when of age. Adoption of all dogs/cats requires an approval process to ensure that they are going into a home suitable for their needs and committed to their care and safety. The process typically takes 1-3 days. Each is placed with same due diligence that they would be given if they were our own furry family members. Adopters who are not within the local area of the shelter MUST come to the shelter to transport their new family member home. Meeting approved adopters is one of the final steps in the adoption process. We do not permit transport or shipping of our residents without the adopter in attendance. Charles Smithgall Humane Society (CSHS) is a No kill shelter which provides quality care, spay/neuter-all vaccines, deworming, vet exam, standard disease testing and for dogs-monthly heart worm prevention treatment. Resident animals are owner relinquished and also accepted from local Animal Control. The shelter is not permitted by GA law to accept strays. The facility is usually operating at capacity with a list of animals approved for intake waiting for space to open. Adoption hours are Tues-Sat 10-4 and Sun 1-4.
