About Mia

Lab / Great Pyrenees
Age: Puppy
Sex: Female

Beautiful Mia! Mia is about 8-9 months old and her mom was a labrador mix and her father was a pyrenees. Mia has a beautiful soft black coat with white on the tips of her paws, on her chest and face. And, just look at that sweet face! Simply Beautiful! FHDR rescued Mia from a high kill shelter in NC and we placed her in a foster home until she was adopted. In Mia's new home, there was another dog that was not happy Mia was there. After about 4 months, though no fault of her own, the family surrender Mia back to FHDR. Their dog did not want Mia there. Mia's is now back at her fosters home. Her foster mom says...........'Mia is the sweetest puppy we ever met! She Loves running around the yard and going for walks. On our walks she will met other dogs and she will sniff them to say hello. This affectionate puppy will follow us around and she will snuggle up right next to us and fall asleep. When we get home Mia will run towards us wagging her tail and then she will run a lap or two in happiness. Mia has her favorite spot on the couch where she loves to chill out. And, when we sit on the floor and she comes right over licking our faces and letting us pet her and give her tummy rubs. Mia enjoys playing with balls and toys, laying in the sun and chasing leaves. Mia is just adorable!! Especially when she is giving us puppy kisses!' Mia's new family should understand it will take Mia some time to adjust to yet another home. Mia would love a home with a fenced in yard and an active family that likes to take her on walks. We are sure when you meet Mia you will fall in love! If you have a furever home for this pup, please email us at [email protected] for an adoption application. To see more photos or to see Furever Home Dog Rescue's other rescue pups up for adoption, go to www.fhdr.petfinder.com Please note Furever Home Dog Rescue does not adopt puppies/dogs to homes where they will be alone all day. The breed this pet is listed as is Furever Home Dog Rescue's best guess as we have no background info on who the mom and dad are. Furever Home Dog Rescue does not have a shelter facility you can visit. Our volunteers foster the dogs and pups in their homes once they have been vetted and transported to NJ.
