This is Blossom. She is a really easy-going and loving dog. Some people get tired of their dogs and dump them and there's no telling why, but she's a really good dog who just wants a family to love. She acts and looks just like a schipperke, but she's a little bigger at 32 lbs. They are very unique and loyal dogs. Blossom was dumped near the Osage Casino. When we drove by the place she was dumped we kept noticing she was always in the same place. Neighbors told me they had tried to feed her and let her inside and she wouldn't go. That's when we decided to go make friends with her and save her. She was missing a ton of hair from skin irritation due to allergies and previous flea and tick infestation. She was terrified. I'm pretty sure she has some PTSD from being dumped by someone she trusted. Fast forward three months, tons of trips to the dog park and excursions and now she is happy and healthy and ready for a home. She would be great in a home with another dog and loves cats. She is great with cats and dogs, has wonderful off leash reliability. She will be a great companion for anyone who wants to spend a lot of time with their new pup. She has amazing manners in the house even when you're not there. She knows basic obedience and is crate trained although we trust her fully to roam the house when we leave. You seriously just need to meet her. Her positive energy is contagious! Just the happiest and most loving girl. Spayed, up to date on shots and approx. 3 years old! PM the FBpage @BlackDogRescueOK or email w Qs or to meet her. Thank you for reading.
