About Baxter Pending adoptio

Baxter is just under a year old. He is about 20 lbs and a yorkie/ shihtzu mix-- NOT hypoallergenic. He's said to be potty trained. He is a sweet boy but needs to be socialized. He would be best in a home with no small children and someone who is a little dog savvy and won't feed into a nervous dog he needs someone to make up for the confidence he lacks.
