About Duncan

Meet Duncan, a 1.5 year old, male, German Shepherd, who is currently at the high kill SEAACA shelter in Downey, California, when his owners could no longer care for him and now is at high risk for being euthanized. Duncan gets along well with other dogs as he has been kenneled with other dogs. There is a rescue who is willing to save Duncan's life but they cannot do it without a foster (temporary home) and or adopter (permanent home). Fostering is free as the rescue provides all of the necessities while the dog is in foster care such as vetting, grooming and food.
