About Sweet Taffy

This super impressive Maine Coon is a new arrival after being found a city stray. We've named him Sweet Taffy because he's the color of taffy- and he's just plain sweet!! Sweet Taffy had obviously had a rough life on the streets and had wounds to his head and ears. He was surely in need of TLC. He's been treated and is on the mend. He'll be back to his full glory in no time. We estimate Sweet Taffy at about 5 years old. He is a glorious, fully tricked out Maine Coon (nearly purebreed?). He's AMAZINGLY fluffy and has super huge paws, a HUGE, heavy plume of a tail- everything about him is really, really big! This gentle giant weighs in at 12 1/2 lbs. Despite his jumbo size, he doesn't mind being picked up. He loves a good cheek rub and is a leg-twiner. You'll love the way he rubs his plush body against your legs! And such an adorable face- he'll remind you of the Cowardly Lion in the Wizard of OZ. Otherwise in healthy, well-nourished condition, Sweet Taffy has tested FIV+. We are sad because he's now stuck in the shelter unable to go offsite for adoption or to adoption events where he would get the exposure he deserves. Sweet Taffy is amazing and a wonderful cat who has a body meant for cuddling. Don't let a test result make him wait for his loving home.
