About Marshall

Marshall is our family pet, he is very sweet to us and our friends. He will bark at strangers coming onto our property but has never been aggressive to anyone. He has been inside/outside his whole life. He likes to sleep inside and enjoys being with his family when we are all resting at home. The rest of the time he really just wants to be outside running around and exploring. In our last neighborhood he would go out for short periods and visit neighbors and everyone loved him. In our newer home our neighbors take great issue with him. Because of this we installed an electric fence. Marshall is so used to freely roaming and visiting he does not like this. He will seem to mope and then after a few days he will just decide it's worth the shock and try to go roam, usually ending up having some angry neighbor bring him home or taken to the pound. We love him but we are at our wits end. He is the perfect Australian Shepherd and he just wants to have room to roam. If anyone has a good place for him to be around people and other animals without being contained to small fence we would be eternally grateful. Thank you.
