About Axle

Meet Axle, he is a 65 lb pure bred Catahoula Leopard Dog (NALC registered). He is kept indoors and does great but also loves his time out in the yard playing with out other dog. He takes a little to warm up to new people but once he does he is a playful puppy. He is housebroken and knows basic obedience commands. If allowed, he would be a total lap dog! He does get scared of new situations/ things but does well with reassurance and treats. He does currently have some food aggression issues with little kids (ours are under 5). We have been working on this with him and making some progress but not enough for him to be trustworthy with our children. He loves daily walks and does well on a leash.
