About Logan

Adoption Fee: $160
Lab mix
Age: Puppy
Sex: Male

Logan is part of our March Madness Adoption Special and his fee is cut in half until March 31st! Logan is a 10 month old Lab mix puppy who was adopted from us as a young pup, but is back and hoping to find a very active family he can run and play with! Logan is a big, active, goofy boy and a young pup, so he will need a family to continue training him. He seems to be mostly housebroken and goes to the bathroom when let outside, as long as he's let out often enough. He is kennel trained and we suggest kenneling when no one is home to avoid Logan getting into anything that isn't his. Logan is good with other active and playful dogs, but is very iffy when first meeting other doggy friends. He met a small 20lb Dachshund mix at our rescue, and they played and played and played. He will need a dog introduction with any current dogs in the home to make sure it is a good fit, they must be ready to play and like to play as that is Logans favorite thing. Logan can not go to a home with cats. Logan needs a home with only older children who are familiar with large breed, strong, high energy dogs. He may also need training that he can not jump up on his people for attention. Logan will also absolutely need a large yard to get his exercise in. Logan is good on a leash if walked with a gentle leader. and he rides great in the car. Logan is currently weighing in at about 65 pounds. Please no apartments or rentals that have weight or breed restrictions. He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, licensed, and vet checked. His adoption fee is $160 (special of $80). His adoption fee includes a free vet visit as well as 30 days of free pet insurance. To meet him come to our shelter location 1102 W Hatcher Rd open Tuesday to Sunday 11-6. Call for locations on weekend as we have off site adoption events that some dogs attend.
