We do our best to screen these dogs, but make no guarantees regarding their temperament.** 'Please know that as much as we wish we could, we are unable to help with transport.' Name: Stevie Age: Approximately 8 years old Breed: Beagle Sex: Male (confirmed neutered) Location: Gastonia, NC Weight: 35 lbs Vet info: Stevie most likely has SARDS according to the Vet his GS took him to see. He is confirmed neutered. He is HW negative; his intestinal worm exam was negative. He received rabies and Dhip/parvo vaccines. His estimated age is 8 and 35 pounds. Owner info: His GS found him wandering the streets and was kind enough to take him in. She has only had him for about a week and so far he is just as sweet as can be! There are 3 dogs and 1 cat in the house and he is doing fine with all of them. He is being kept indoors and primarily confined to one part of the house. He appears to be housebroken and leash-trained. He is good with men and women, dogs and cats. All others are unknown since they have had him only a short period of time. He has not been aggressive with food or treats or toward any humans or other animals. His GS says, 'He seems to be adjusting well unless confined. He tried to escape when confined.' His GS says she is willing to help out in anyway she can to assist with a foster or adoption for him. She says, 'I want to find him the best home to live out the last of his years in.' She has been reaching out to Beagle rescues too to see if they can help. His GS also has this to say about Stevie, 'He is very good at taking baths and loves to cuddle afterwards. I purchased a crate and he seems to be crate trained and content in there.' So who is looking for a sweet, cuddly, lovable little guy to add to their home?
