We are moving out of state and will be staying with my daughter who has five rescue dogs. We are unfortunately not able to take our cats. Ghita and Amber are bonded littermates. They are 11 year old European Burmese spayed females. I don't know how they'll respond to other animals. I also don't know their response to children. They are very friendly to strangers. They are loving and love to be held and cuddled. They want to sleep with me. They are indoor only cats, although they would enjoy a safe, protected access to outdoors. Ghita and Amber are in good health...we have veterinary records. They are completely up-to-date on their vaccinations. The only issue we've had with them is occasional urinating on inappropriate items. Our vet has checked and they have no bladder/kidney problems. The vet and we feel that the inappropriate behavior will be alleviated by a change in residence. We have also just started giving them medication and other non-medicinal treatments to help relieve anxiety and encourage them to ONLY use their litter box. I live in the Monterey area and am willing to transport the cats within a 2 hour driving radius. Please phone me if you have questions or are interested in my sweeties. Thank you.
