Philip, better known as Felipe now, is a cuddly young (estimated 1-2 years old) gentleman that prefers cats or other small dogs. He is so well rounded that he is up for anything as long as he gets to spend time with someone he loves. Felipe's background is unknown. He was found running the streets of Phoenix. He is shy at first but his trust is gained quickly. Like most chihuahuas, he does not like to be startled or grabbed suddenly. A home with adults or older children is preferred. He was vaccinated and neutered upon arrival at Ingleside Animal Hospital.
